Websites

I have learned to build websites to a certain extent, but I still get hung up at various points. And right now I have more going on than I can keep up with. I'm looking for someone who can collaborate with me to get these sites done. I have 5 that I am working on right now. At least 2 will need to be turned into custom wordpress themes. I need someone who can work quickly and really knows what he or she is doing, as I am already handling most of the easy stuff. Also, obviously I need to see a portfolio.
