Website with enquiry form plus attractive email with link to site pages

Hi there.
I'm looking to set up a website that will potentially create an extra revenue stream for my business.
The main purpose of the website will be to generate customer enquiries (by completing an online form) and hence I need the site to be effective for this purpose in the way it looks and is laid out. The landing page is the key thing. It will be a small website with only a few pages.
I'm not really looking for assistance with any SEO or Adwords here - it's the effectiveness of the landing page I'm after.

As well as this I need an attractive email to be created which I can send to potential clients. This should have a button on there as part of the graphics that will enable the recipient to click on it and make a purchase.

I'm keen to get this kicked off as soon as possible now and am ready to talk to people who will be able to do a good job for me. I do of course have a lot more detail that we can discuss if it looks like you are going to be suitable for the job.
