Design details: I have a stock photo which I need text to be added on. This I can do myself, but the key is I want to hire someone to do it so that they can upload it onto my website and make sure the picture is high quality even when viewed on mobile.
The job is estimated to take 1/2 to 2 hours.
I will pay $30 (non-negotiable). Please contact me with your portfolio...if you don't have experience with website design & html, then I will unfortunately have to reject your portfolio.
