Website template for new corporate site

We require a modern website template designed to use as a base for our team to create the full website. It should be designed as a corporate site, using colours such as white, gray, black and dark blue.

The following base page templates should be created:

- Front page, with space for 'product special'
- Product detail page
- Contact page
- Informational page (i.e. FAQ / article etc)

The template should use modern web design techniques, utilising CSS and modern, compliant HTML. Javascript to improve design elements is desirable, but it should be cross browser compatible and degrade well. It should be understood that this template is likely to be extended in the future, and as such it should lend itself to this.

The logo is not yet designed, and as such there is no requirement to specifically match one.
