Website Template and Logo

I need a template for a prototype of a website done and a quick logo. This wont be the final template that will be used on the site. It just needs to be smarter than it is now. It is going to be used as a prototype so that people can get an idea of what the site will be able to do.

The logo needs to say 'Social Trading' and needs to be minimalist. I also need the tables to look much better then they are.
