Website Review - Key Messages / Home Page Design

I have a B2B Website which is in development. the site is near launch but I am very keen to have the home page improved. Particularly with regard to the 3 or 4 Key Messages as to why people should use us (ie stand out bullet points that jump out). I have 3 key bullet points listed at the moment but I want the design and copy of these to be reviewed so that they really catch the eye and drive people to use the site. the winning proposal would have to be able to deliver a review of the copy and send over the files with the HTML already done.
