Website review and update

I'd started setting up a Wix website, but am an amateur.

I'm looking for someone to review the structure that's in place and return with a list any missing content (or where it's partially completed).

I'm happy to upgrade the package if needed.

Then I'm looking for a section to be set up to allow for 'news' stories that include around 6 photos and written copy and also a 'resources' section which could be attachments or links.

Once this section is set up, I'll go and create the content and would then look to work with the same person for them to upload the content to the site and also help with updates in the future.

Budget for this is for the initial guidance on what's missing and whether the current structure is fit for purpose, and also restructuring so it works better including the two pages listed above.
