Website revamp

I want to upgrade my website.First of all, the previous website has some problems that has to be fixed before making a few changes to the website Customers are not able to purchase items by credit/debit card and I would like to rectify this. I am working on a very tight budget and will like to maintain the same domain name too. Pictures and contents can be taken from the current website.
