Website Remodeling

I am the founder of a nonprofit organization. We are in the startup stages and we needed a website. I am web illiterate so I built one using Yahoo Small Buisness. I downloaded site builder to make it nicer but I dont know how to use it. I need someone to go into my wesite and do some redcorating, add some moving graphics, fade in and out graphics, you know clean it up. You can see the site : lovelovinglove.com. I need our logo cleaned up and placed on the website as well. The logo must then be available for us to put on letterhead and tshirts.
