Website lookbook for 1940's dresses, no shopping basket etc.

Description of every page: The Homepage must look like an old 1940's photo album cover, (with our logo which we can provide) then the cover can be opened and the pages should be turned as required showing pictures of our dresses, with brief description below handwritten in white ink. The final page will be contact details etc also handwritten in white ink.
No e commerce, just a 'Look Book'.
Ideas for the visual style: Must look like an old distressed 1940's photo album with pages that turn to show photographs of our dresses. The photos should be mounted using 'photo corners' with hand written text below stating the style of the dress.
Website information: we simply need a 'lookbook' for our 1940's style dresses

FURTHER INFORMATION BELOW:
I have attached a picture here of a folder made for 'Goodwood' you will see the 'distressed effect' which is the same as we require on all pages of our look book. We would like each page to have a slightly different distressed/worn effect, so it really looks like an old photo album would look. And we would like the user to be able to 'turn pages' at random, or flick to any specific page, we would like this to have the sound of a turning page at the same time, with photo pics that look like they've been mounted with those old 'corner' stickers that were used in the '40's. We also require the pics to zoom in to see detail when you hold the cursor over the pic, and neat handwritten style details below each picture in white ink. The Photo album itself should be dark grey coloured, again very similar to a '40's photo album.. We also need to be able to change the pics and text description ourselves at a later date if we wish. Can you also confirm that the site would be owned by us and would be transferred to Fasthosts for hosting when completed. If you can do this, and produce the pages as required please quote us a finished fixed price for the complete job, or alternatively you can quote us a per page price. Maybe you can prepare only the cover homepage and 1st inside page (one or max two photos per page) so we can both be sure it's exactly right before proceeding to finish the whole job.

Can you please also give us a finished time frame as we will need this job completing quickly, by Jan 15th latest.
