Website from Pre Owned Flash Template or Your Template

Hello, I am after a few websites that could be from a similar templates which I was planning on buying before hand, I would therefore need someone to add my content plus some extra bits here and there to them and set it up so I can upload pics amend data etc. I have my own server to hold the sites.

The first site I need is for a Band I play in and would need Front Page, About The Band, Gigs, Pics, Music and Videos (Media) and Shop.

The Second Site is almost identical as the one above but for a DJ.

The Third site is a photography site and needs to allow the upload of photos/portfolios and there display using something like simpleviewer. I would like the ability for clients to be able to buy photos online. Again I was going to buy a flash template.

Fourth is a site to promote local musicians by way of an agent, so I need to be able to add pages for each new band or artist. Each page would have the same layout, photo, about, price, sample of their music etc. This would obviously form a database so prospects can search by price music style etc.

I would like to work with the same person on each site but would probably deal with one at a time, so a price for each one seperately would be great.
