I need a website which has the customised t- shirt design tool as that of the following website -

combined with that I want an e commerce from the site as well with possibilities to change my line at any time. so to be able to customise the website except for the visual basic ' design your own t- shirt ' tool kit.

All back end support to run on database and all orders to reproduce a correct specification sheet for garments on order including the extracts from' Design your own t - shirt' in a soft copy format, which can be turned to a PDF and attched and sent to a list of emails instantaneously.

The Back end must have a group mailing system and a utility tool for accounting which may produce - cashflow projection , break even verses Cashflow chart , periodic capability of the cashflow, anual and half yearly balance sheet etc.

For tax purposes I prefer Sage accounting software integration of the accounting data which could be extracted to sage if other application are easier to plug in.

Site requires less words more .


Full Project - Re listed as the assigned freelancer refused to progress due to personal reasons after the time lapsed . in that view I will notify that until a deposit is exchanged and project schedule is followed the job will be kept open for bids until such confirmed go ahead is achieved as it is clear the time loss due to time-wasters are a big overhead in this site as well.

The project – End product - A fully functional Database driven ERP solution E- commerce website.



This agreement is made on the day the quote has been accepted on People Per Hour between Mr. Kushal Dev, hereafter referred to as the customer and freelancer _______________________


Development

A dynamic database driven website wit ERP solution software attached in the backend which has the customised t- shirt design tool as that of the following website (For the example of such an engine please refer to -

That enables customers to visualise their t- shirt by uploading a picture or adding a text, resizing it visually to adjust balance with the t shirt on order, adding text colours and positioning it to their liking i.e. on the front, corner on the sleeve on the t –shirt area in real time.

Orders placed on the website can then be emailed to various email addresses. The email will contain all details of the order including a design. Order details can also be found through the Content Management System (Customer will have the ability to setup different users at any time and delete their access if you no longer want them to have access).

Combined with that, it is required to incorporate e-commerce shopping carts on top of the engine to design your own t-shirt as explained above as well from the site. It shall be made possible to change the product line at any time by administrator by administrator control, so in short dynamic database driven. So to be able to customise the website except for the visual basic ' design your own t- shirt ' tool kit.

Customer will be able to export a various file types for all orders placed on the website, these file types include CSV & SQL. This information can then be sent onto your accountant or imported into software like Sage.

Website is to be made available in a maximum language possible– preferably – French, German, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, and Danish.

Design

The front end of the website shall be, what we may call or express as metropolitan upmarket posh semi urban youth culture. Names shall be suggested as an ongoing process. In idea it shall appeal equally to a popular uppity youth subculture, whose favourite pastime can be perceived is perhaps from chocolate drinking to idealist renaissance, fiercely critical and ones who laugh off most of the problems of the society and yet laugh you off if you try too hard.

Less words more visual basic automatic guidance of the site is preferred. (Considering if the site does not communicate and point easy turns to customers it is a waste of time so minimal words are to be used)

Clean design with lots of space for eye movement so it is easy for customers to operate and concentrate on the real business is a must.




Hosting

The Freelancer will offer to supply the customer with three months FREE Hosting and will not insist that the customer use Freelancer’s hosting service.


User support

The freelancer may provide ongoing support with regards to hosting whilst the customer is hosting with the freelancer, however if the customer wishes to use another company for hosting the freelancer reserves the right to no longer offer support.

The Freelancer offers ongoing support and guidance regarding the website, however if there are any changes or additional alterations the freelancer may charge for this.

Timescales

Design – Freelance will produce an initial draft design within 7 days or sooner from the day the bid was accepted on People Per Hour.

Development – Freelance will provide a fully working website on a test server within 28 days or sooner from the day the bid was accepted on People Per Hour.

These timescales will only be met by the Freelancer if the customer has provided all the information required when asked for.

Deposit refund policy -

Customer – If the customer wishes to cancel the project they must give the Freelancer chance to make any changes to the design you are not happy with, if the Freelancer is unable to provide the required design then you will be given a full refund of the deposit paid.

Once the design of the website has been approved by the customer the deposit will no longer be re-fundable.

Once the website has been completed you have the right not to pay the rest of the money unless the Freelancer can provide a working website to the standard you require. If the customer does not pay the remaining balance they will not be entitled to any of the files apart from the design / artwork files that have already been approved.

Freelancer – The Freelancer has the right to cancel the project at any time, but the full deposit must be paid back to the customer.

All transactions of money and agreement for this project will be made via www.peopleperhour.com and after sales support will be communicated externally using other mail, telephonic or SMS systems in general usage of the society.

Commencement of the project shall be the moment from when the deposit is paid to the specified time for each stage by the Freelancer.


Agreement of contract

Freelancer will be contracted to satisfy all the above and any other technicalities entwined to enable the above facility by bidding for the project.

Freelancer is required to add here a list of the technical requirements here to achieve the above standards as described by the project.

Agreement signature

Freelancer will disclose full details of operation, specially operating address if registered and home address if self employed, a valid telephone and email, and will be liable for prosecution under the laws governed by the United Kingdom of Great Britain. On such disclosure Customer will do the same for legal duties and purpose.

Electronic signatures will be made to be valid.
