Need to design a new website as follows:
Step 1 - create joomla template according to our design specifications
Step 2 - add backend Content Management System (CMS) to the site and template allowing us to edit all forms of the data (wording and pictures)
Step 3 - add plugins to the CMS (including one to enable twitter feeds and enable all forms)
Step 4 - publish the template site onto our domain server and ensure that all forms, buttons, etc. work correctly
