Website designer with good understanding of converting visitors to sales required to redesign existing site

I am looking for a website designer to redesign our existing website FROM A MARKETING PERSPECTIVE so only designers with a good understanding of selling and influencing site visitors need apply.

As has been clearly stated above, we are looking for someone who is able to design a website with consideration for the following elements in order of importance:
1. Maximum visitor to sales conversion
2. Effective communication of our products benefits
3. Effective navigation
4. Great design

You will see from the list above that the most important element is the visitor to sales conversion. This is therefore saying that we are NOT looking for designers without a marketing knowledge and we will ask that such designers do not apply.

As we will need to see your previous work before we consider you for the role, please forward your portfolio when you place your bid.

We launched our site mid last year and we have been trading successfully ever since. Our website is very well designed however, our website analytics prove that our conversion rate is very low and can be improved upon.

In order to achieve what we believe is a possible conversion rate given our type of product, we believe a redesign particularly from a marketing perspective is necessary.
