Website designer

We are looking to launch a new business and part of the launch will involve a contest inviting textile designers to submit designs for voting.

At the moment we don\'t have a company website so this voting part will be part of the company website (phase 1).

In terms of functionalities here are websites we have in mind - but we dont need all the functionalities. The idea collection functionality may not be permanent, so the number of ideas / submissions will not grow forever.

i.e. submission/upload, rating of popularity, comments (designers comments on their own submissions, not voters\' comments)... etc

We are prepared to maintain it from our end and we use MAC so it has to be compatible with MAC.

We would really appreciate if you could give us a quotation and estimate of how long it would take and how much it would cost. We DEFINITELY do not need something too fancy at this stage. We only want something that works and look credible (and creative for what we do).

If you could send us your previous work in the fashion and consumer product space would also be helpful. Many thanks.

We also have a company logo so there is some basis of the look and feel of the website. Not starting from scratch.
