Website designer

I am seeking a website designer to create a website for a green reward program. The website's goal is to be the market leader for one-stop shop solutions for a greener planet. It will:

- provide up-to-date educational information to individuals and businesses on environmental issues
- attract sustainability companies and individuals who aspire to a greener planet
- be a platform which allows consumers to sign on for membership and receive a reward card along with other membership services
- allow members to view their green points and give choices on how to redeem the points
- be a platform where manufacturers can advertise their green products and services and communicate their message and commitment to providing green and environmentally friendly products/services
- contain a Green Shop where points can be redeemed and direct purchases made
- be a platform for companies (partners) to promote their steps toward sustainability and to award their customers so they can accomplished similar goals
- have an online calculator that calculates carbon emissions on certain usages to indicate the consumers carbon footprint. This will be supported by information on how individuals and businesses can lower their carbon emission usage
