Website Design based on Wordpress X-The-Theme

Description of every page: I am looking for Wordpress Website Designers that are VERY familiar with all of the Stacks - Extensions - Customizer & Features of this theme. I have multiple websites to stand up and I want them all to use this theme.

Secondarily, I am also looking for graphic designers to create logos for all of the sites and possibly some banners. Let me know if you can perform this work as well.

If you are also a developer, that would be handy...however I NEED designers more than developers.

I am looking for a minimal site - home page, login and a secondary page. Most sites will fit in this.
