Website Desgin + SEO

Website required for new start up, i'm looking for a tradional type of layout (although flexible) it must look professional, sleek and modern. We'll require the desginer to produce a simple logo and basic branding for the site.

There will be a requirement for a contact form for potenial customers to easily request a call back, a blog or news facility (for seo??) probably a maximum of 4 pages. Our business will require a portfolio page, so a simple template/method to allow us to upload a couple of photos and a brief description of the job.

Our business is installing solar panels, our customers will be financial well off and should view the site with a feeling of confidence and trust from the outset.

SEO will be a requirement, it will be important for the site to feature highly in the rankings.

We'd prefer to have a long term relationship with the Freelancer, we cannot guarantee further work but they would certainly be our first port of call for any future requirement and ongoing SEO.

You should be able to demonstrate a soild portfolio with proven examples of your SEO sucess.

These examples below are the sort of style we prefer, but again we are flexible and would make a final choice of style dependant on your portfolio.
