Website Creation (using moonfruit)

I have a couple of websites that I need developing from ideas that I have. I can tell you what I would like to see and I would like you to design the sites (not the complete thing but the majority of the templates and database integration)

The one I am interested in right now is similar to a dating website (more details will be forthcoming after we have been in touch)

I would like this completed pretty quickly (over the next week or so) if at all possible. You do not have to be from the UK to do this, however your English must be very good.
