I need someone to design & create a simple, clean and eye-catching website to sell 3 properties/projects in Brazil.
The site will probably require about 6-7 pages with general information on NE Brazil, property details with photographs and a contacts/questions page. I can email photographs and most of the required text to the successful bidder. Any ideas on a good \"capture page\" would be helpful.
I also need to be able to make changes/updates myself as and when required.
I need the site to be SEO and to rank if possible, in at least the first 3 pages on Google. This is important as I do not like PPC.
