Website and logo design and possibly HTML coding

I need a design for my website similar to this http://swim.isport.com/

My website is going to have similar functionality with search for swimming pools, clubs and schools.

The site is currently under development.

The site needs to have tabs similar to the isport site so that users can quickly switch the type of search. The site is only for the uk so I do not need a country dropdown box.

At the top of the page should be a login box which changes to show the current user name when logged in. There should be a Facebook login button which is provided by Facebook so cannot be changed (this is on the dev site)

I also need a logo design. Which should be fairly straightforward and clear with the text "swimmers.co.uk"

The home page currently does not have much content so I need some graphics to fill up the space. There should be links to 4 main areas (search for swimming pools, clubs, schools and a link for users to register)

As you can see from the site, the search results pages show a google map alongside a list of the results. The details page after clicking through the club or sports centre should have a menu on the left to show additional information. I need a design for the HTML markers on the map.

The club details pages should have links for a gallery, news etc and designs for each of those pages. This will include things like the article page which will come after a user clicks an article on the news page. The gallery page will have a lost of different galleries which can then be clicked on to show all the pictures in the gallery.

The browse club/centre by location needs a map of the uk with an image map to divide it up into various areas (south west, south east, London, north east, north west, Scotland and Wales) I have an svg of the uk with each county which can be used as a template. At the moment the site shows towns but it will be changed to counties.

The colours should probably be blue and watery but feel free to try anything you feel like. There should be some photos on the site to make it look a bit better. I have an account at istockphoto.com so feel free to select any images from there. Please choose the smallest photo possible to cut down on costs. You should supply your design initially with the watermarked images which can then be replaced with the paid for images when I am happy with them.

In addition to the pages mentioned I also need contact us, about us and FAQ pages.

The HTML should be coded manually and not something exported from a program. If you cannot code HTML then please mention in your bid. It is not a problem but you will need to be available to help whoever eventually codes the page (this may be me or someone else from PPH). If there is JavaScript functionality needed then please use the jquery library. I can do any needed JavaScript so please mention if you are not happy to do that too.

If you are doing the coding then please make it XML compliant HTML 5.

The HTML needs to be source ordered which means that the main content section HTML needs to appear in the source before the HTML for the navigation.

The "shop" section of the website is not part of this job but please can you quote for that as well. It is a basic ecommerce website with all the normal pages.

I do not need any integration work as I can do that myself from basic HTML.

You should provide all psd files as well as any custom font files used. If you use custom fonts then you need to clear any royalty fees with me first or use royalty free ones with a link to the page where if was downloaded from.
