Web Site Graphics Concept

I need a graphic designer who would help to review and improve current website. There are few graphic elements (2/3 main banner images, 3/4 categories images, some icons here and there, 3/4 backgrounds and 1 footer background) however, the site miss an overall same style.
I do not require additional CSS mostly (unless it will be necessary with the bed design).

Logo: we have a current logo, and it will depend on a new design if it has to be renewed as well.
