Web Site Assistance

I have subscribed to a 'design your own website'. called mrsite, I have prepared the majority of pages, by way of naming them and writing the text for them (some still incomplete). I understand that the subsciption for mrsite is inclusive of hosting - once the website is ready to go live I just need to activate.

The website is for a Virtual PA/Personal Assistant offering 'on site and remote' services. The service is available 24/7, inclusive of evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What is missing and where I need help is with:
1. Add a secure payment option for switch/credit card/direct bank transfer with logo and password security for clients (like when you log on your own internet banking )
2. Add a number of browse boxes for clients to upload documents (5 No.)
3. Add an Add to Mailing List Option
4. Have my website linked to facebook, twitter and as many other sites as is possible (SEO), have links to offer training/consultancy/agency/temp servicesetc
5. Add in some type of interative banner (I have my own logo which I would like to be incorporated)
6. Pages need linking / link to email / sub menus etc etc
7. Have a facility for people to register their cv/contact details with me/mysite

Looking for someone to tell me in laymans terms what can be done, what I would benefit from, and for you to email samples of your work by way of reference.
Open to suggestions and ideas, colours, revamp what I have already done (basic) etc ... just need to be able to change text/update text as and when required myself without corrupting anything.

If you think I have missed anything - please let me know, always happy to receive input.
Also would be like to be able to post stuff on to web outside of my own link to my website. Would prefer to discuss in greater detail .... might suit somone who lives in around Manchester (but not limited to)

Very limited budget. Max payment £75 - £100 dependent upon content. (Minimal desposit) Ideally need site to be up and running - live ASAP this week. (Recently made redundant)
