Web Designer/PHP/MySQL/Photoshop

I am looking for a talented web designer to assist me in building a new site for my startup. You need to have excellent UI design skills (photoshop, CSS, HTML and flash) and have good knowledge of PHP and MySQL. I am based in Central London and I will need someone who can work on site (not remotely please).

Only bids providing samples of previous work will be considered. Please send only sites/images that you have designed yourself, otherwise explain exactly what your involvement was.
