Web Designer Needed - Team Expansion

Description of every page: London-based agency looking to expand their team over the next few months. Projects are getting bigger and more frequent and they need more support in every area of their business. They require professionals to join their team as support staff over the next few months and have requirements for each individual. Anyone is welcome to apply, as the work is remote, but the ideal candidate will have the following:

* Qualification in web design
* Proficient at Photoshop and other Adobe products
* Keen design eye and naturally creative - doesn't need to be told exactly what to do
* Fast turnaround times
* Fluent in English
* Highly communicative
* Flexible with time and arrangements
* Experience with web development too is a bonus

Therefore, we are looking for a professional, but maybe someone with less experience as we are just starting to expand and so the payment will be increased over the next few months.
Ideally you will be in the same time zone as us because we will need to communicate regularly with you.

What we need from you:

* Samples of your work
* Agreement to undergo a phone interview
* A custom proposal and no stock replies.

Therefore, can you please reply to this posting with: "I would love to be part of your team because..." and then your answer. Anyone's proposal which doesn't start with this will be automatically rejected - sorry if this is harsh, but we need to choose somehow!
