TALENTED Web Designer Needed for Ongoing Work

I run a growing Web and mobile app dev company, we need an exceptional Web designer needed for ongoing work. Mobile app design a plus, but not necessary.

PLEASE READ

We welcome talented Web designer from any part of the world. We do, however, have some requirements;

-You are able to produce stunning original home page plus one inner page template for $100 USD (and you can provide very good quotes for larger projects, which I plan to also provide you)
-You are a Web design wizard and able to conceptualize original great design
-You are willing to work our project manager's hours (California time) during the revision stages of the design for quick turnaround
-You speak some English. Skype chat is mandatory for communication, and sometimes audio. We can work with you in this if you are not strong

We would like to provide rate increases as well. Every 6 months.
