2. Objective of the website is: for information to clients of our activities and contacts.
3. Message of the design should be: Big Company which is selling Proven Solutions in professional manner.
4. Profile of our business: we are a IT integration company based in Dubai which sells solutions to companies which use paper as their major means of data entry. We introduce to them the concept of digital pen which captures information written with hand but then digitizes it. The main clients are, hospitals, freight forwarding companies, traffic police,Banks etc.

7. I will provide you with some pictures which you can use for the website. And I would like you to create some illustrations at your end as well.

10. I should be able to add the pdf documents of case studies
11. I would need you to send us the steps and ways of doing these updates.
12. Customers need to be able to contact us from the website itself and leave messages which will be forwarded to our email address.
13. The layout and transition of web-pages has to be in flash format.
14. We need to see the first few options in next in 72 hours after accepting the bid.
