Web designer/developer needed to design a landing page for dating website

I am looking for a web designer/developer for a new project i have. Hopefully if this project goes well i will be using them on a regular bases for all future projects.

I am creating a dating site through a software company and I need a web designer to design the landing page and header and footer for the dating site.

The header needs to be 760pixels by 170 pixels and the Footer needs to be 760pixels by 140 pixels.

The Name of the site is 'Date a Model.co.uk'

The landing page also needs to be created which reflects the brand and attracts customers to the site to join. If you are successful it is important you have reasearched the imaging and branding of successful dating sites so you know how best to approach it. I have attached an example of a successful dating site which i like the user ability and the layout however i am not to fond of the branding. I would like something more modern and a better logo.

The Designer will need to integrate the HTML coding provided for the landing page design to act as a link into the application for the following functions:
sign-up form
search form
latest member feed
login buttons
join now button

I don't have a set budget for this project however I'm looking for reasonable to cheap bids only as It is technically just a design layout and not a full website.
