Web Design Student needed for a real-life web design project

We are looking for hiring a web design student or graduate.

The project is to design a flash layout for a WordPress website about culture, lifestyle, art and society. The intern would only need to create the main page and the links to the different categories.

This project will be a great opportunity for a student.

Since we are a group of students we would prefer to hire someone who would do this for a lower budget to boost his or her portfolio (ideal for students).

We expect the web design to be done at the web designer's own premises and using their own equipment. Meetings can be done both in person if the candidate is from London, or over Skype.
