Web design - Concept - Steam Railway

We require a designer with web experience to work with us on a project where the concept of the website look and feel is created and delivered as photoshop files for our in-house design team to take, create and code. We have a small website to build for a client on short deadlines feature a tourist attraction for a minature steam railway. Suitable candidates must show recent examples of work plus day rate. For examples provided, the rough number of days taken to produce that design must also be provided.
