Web Design

I need an individual that has acumen and knowledge in web development – specifically HTML code and template web
design.

I already have the graphics and copy complete, but need an individual that can create or work with an existing an web template to load the graphics and copy onto.

Knowledge of Flash, Jquery, HTML, etc.. required
