Web Design

I am a freelancer (registered on this site), and I need to increase the amount of work I get. I believe that having an effective website will help me to do this.

I have already begun to set up a website but it is in very early stages of development, and does not appear in any search listings. It is also very dull, and I am lacking inspiration for what to put on there.

I am looking for someone to help me to develop this site, make suggestions for content, and make it more visible to the world. I do not want anything too complex, it needs to be something that I can maintain myself once it has been set up. I am happy to write copy if someone can suggest what is needed.
