This site is supposed to be an open to all, content driven news source submitted by legal firms (for free posting of legal news).

I tried to create a blog like format but was not able to achieve what i wanted which is a legal news center/site with a headlines front page with clickthrough to the news story behind the headline.

I would like users to be able to post news releases on the site(not registered users, but need to be approved by the administrator so no spam gets on it)

I would also like the site to be properly designed for indexing so that search engines can direct visitors to the site for the related "company name".

Goal:
Simple design, clean look, built with a super simple CMS/admin control, designed with a "build it and leave it" mentality.
