Web Design (1 page) + Logo Manipulation

I need someone to provide the following,

A logo from an existing template • modification of the logo “Cool” to include the include the picture with the eyes and the wording In House Recruiters, obviously logo may need to gain some width • same font if possible

Some amendments to jpg files see link above again, on that page you will see a picture which says “WHO WE ARE”, basically I need the same again but with,

1. WHAT WE DO
2. THINGS FOR YOU
3. GET IN TOUCH
4. OUR LATEST JOBS

I would also like someone to build me a page within the current theme/template of this website where I can display my jobs on, obviously I will be frequently updating this so something that is easy to input data in to in order to publish it to this page is paramount.

I am semi technical and built this from a template using Dreamweaver/Expression Web however photo shop and designing a page to display jobs on our outside my field of knowledge.

This is my own business which has only just stated operating so I need to keep my overheads low however within the next 3-6 months I am likely to go for a complete re-design to get an all singing all dancing website
