Web based application

I want a web page designed to look like a dashboard so my subscribers to my workshop can have access to the 'all in one place' online resources, which we've uploaded to the site, by clicking on each icon. We would like to be able to edit some content ourselves through a control panel, but may require further work to upload video's and audio's and the odd newsletter to the site. Graphics design work also needed.
I have attached a screenshot of something similar from another industry but you'll get the idea. We need a clean design which reflects our company brand. The site must also be password accessed.
Looking for the right web partner. Preference will be given to any users of XSite Pro web design software which is our own design application. Examples of web marketing skills for ongoing projects would be an asset too. Examples of similar work essential.
