We need a MailChimp designer

Design details: We are looking for someone to take over the newsletter designs of our brand. Most of the newsletters we send out are promotional.

We are looking for fresh, modern & responsive designs, incorporating tribal elements, which would fit the season and the promotion.

The plan is to send a newsletter twice a month, and in holiday time a bit more intense.

We use MailChimp.
Target audience: Ages 18-35
Messages to communicate through the design: The designs should communicate happiness, be friendly & lively.

Ideas for the visual style: Influenced by our jewellery
Things to avoid: Black backgrounds & too many fonts
Preferred colors: Influenced by our jewellery - black, brown, beige, white, gold, silver. Extra colours - deep purple, forest green, egyptian turquise
