Voluntary project - website design for children\'s film initiative

We are working on a project that encourages parents and teachers to create a film each year of a school child\'s\' life, to form a moving living record of the child\'s development as they grow up.
We are looking for a web designer to volunteer to design (and possibly build, but we can discuss this further) a simple website that shows how parents and teachers can make a film each year. All of the content will be supplied. We are open to all suggestions, including using an existing CMS or blogging platform like Wordpress.
This is a fun project that really will help to inspire parents and teachers and enable young kids to express themselves on film by talking about things that are important to them. From the early films we have made ourselves we\'ve discovered that they really help parents relate to their children as people.
