VAPI Workflow Automation: Sheets, Twilio, Email & Calendar Setup

I need an experienced VAPI integrator to set up a full end-to-end workflow that connects Google Sheets, VAPI, Twilio, Outlook (Microsoft 365), and Google Calendar. The system must load structured data from a detailed Google Sheet into VAPI before each call, including multiple contact number sources, personalized context, and property details. During calls, VAPI must handle wrong numbers, capture new contact details, reference context naturally, and schedule meetings or send emails via Outlook when requested.

After calls, the system should write back call summaries, outcomes, new numbers/emails, and next steps into the correct sheet columns, and support inbound call recognition with conversation continuity. OAuth authentication must be set up so all emails and calendar events use the client’s accounts. Deliverables include a working, tested setup and documentation.
