Update & Redesign Existing Website into Product Based Site

Please see www.rtibroadcast.com which is built in 'sixapart' blogging software and is rarely updated and whilst it does generate leads must now be updated to a more category & product based website.

An example of what I am seeking to achieve is an improvement on the look and feel of www.bswusa.com without copying.

I am looking for someone who has a good combination of web design, graphics, coding, email shots with graphics (although I understand and have some experience of constant contact) SEO and Google AdWords & Analytics skills and knowledge. Ease of changing and adding new products will be important too as this work is likely to be subcontracted.

Whilst I am happy for this to be a remote project, ideally you will be based or within easy reach of Chester CH3 at weekends or Osterley, London TW7 during weekday evenings.
