we currently have a flash light

we would like a professional UI designer to improve on an existing UI mock of a website

the user of the website would be the manufacturer of the flash light.
they want to know how the flash light is being used so they can design it better.
they will log in to the website and find out how the light is being used everyday

attached is a V1 version of the UI mock.
Unfortunately it looks like a poster rather than a website
we need you turn this poster into a website.

someone looking at the improved UI mock should immediately know it is a website

right now the existing UI mock looks like a 5-year-old school-science-fair poster
also in the mock the color scheme looks really bad.
