UI Interface programmed in Ionic

We are looking for someone that can code a graphical user interface (Home Page) for a PWA using IONIC code. Our app is developed but we want a more enticing home page that is responsive. We will integrate the developed graphical code into our app. A combination of skills is required RE: Graphics, Marketing and Ionic coding.
