UI Designer: Conceptualise widgets to track data and goals

We are looking for UI designer to conceptualise 8-10 widgets on for a dashboard.

1. You should be analytical
2. You should have at least 2 years experience in information design

The first task is to design ONE(1) widget to display device wear time graphically to motivate the user to wear the device for 8 hours minimum daily.

If the user wears the device for 8 hours, the widget should motivate them to achieve the next target which is 12 hours.

If the user wears the device for 12 hours, the widget should motivate them to keep the device on and achieve the next target which is 16 hours.

You do not need to come up with the visual look and feel. The widgets are for a current app and the app look and feel (colours/typography) is already fixed/existing/completed.
