UI and UX design for a data heavy CRM web application

Kind of design: Custom website
Description of every page: There are two elements to this project.

First element is UX to aid with guiding and ultimately converting first time signups where we need them to enter quite a lot of information before they can truly start using the system and seeing the value.

Second element is design related but also closely linked to UX as the design should be intuitive and help make it easy for users to achieve their objectives - we need the current design totally overhauled - this will include:

Overall layout - header, footer, menus, text, fonts etc
Home page - for both administrator and general user (they are similar but different in the included elements). Home page includes a dashboard, calendar and two types of notifications
Forms
Datatables
Project card - full screen "card" showing lots of information relating to one project with links to additional actions and so on
Add a new project - specific design for what is essentially a form for adding a new project which differs from "normal" forms as it is more involved

Ideally we want to use Bootstrap for our framework so a design which makes use of the concepts of Bootstrap would be good - also it should be designed to be fully responsive right down to mobile size.

We do not need you to code these designs - just provide PSD.

We are looking for something truly exceptional and unique - we are NOT interested in the standard theme design like something from Themeforest etc as we can buy those for $20 all day long. It needs to be something truly different and really wow.
