Twitter Page Template and Facebook Icon

I manage the ongoing development of a Business Directory website. The website is broken down into different towns which are managed independently by local owners.

As part of our ongoing strategy we are developing both Facebook and Twitter pages for every town on listed the website. These pages will need to be centrally styled to maintain brand consistency across our internet presence.

We would like costs and time lines to produce both of these items.
