Hi,
We would like a torn paper effect (see red boxes on attached images) just under the header/menu area and before the Footer section on each page.
We have the .eps file or we can make it a png if easier.
The torn element should be the top layer APART FROM the hover over the menu action.
We don't have FTP details, but I'm hoping you can do it using File Manager plugin in Wordpress.
