Template Website design with simple backend database

We require a website to be made from the attached picture designs. The site will only ever go 2 pages deep.

We operate a group of models who work on webcam sites, we intend to give each of them a website of their own which will all look the same and cross advertise eachother. What we need is a site that they can log into a front end page and simply click on a box to change the picture as and when they want to, add items to an online shop etc etc.


The site should be fully iPhone/ipad/android compatible which i assume means should be written in HTML 5...but provided it works we are happy to investigate other options.

The key to the site is that the girls can edit themselves all of the content without changing the layout of it. There will be some java script from some of the sites they use to show when they are online.

The database is quite a simple one, we are asking visitors to add their mobile number and email address to the site, it will need to interact with a text message site for the girls to send bulk messages to (most likely textmagic) and also have the ability to send bulk emails.
The database should hold basic contact details gathered from the site or that the girls add themselves.

Obviously this is an Adult orientated site!
