SugarCRM Developer and Consultant

We have recently invested in SugarCRM but have yet to unleash it's full potential.

I am looking for someone that can develop some applications for SugarCRM but as I don't completely understand SugarCRM's limitations I need someone with an expansive knowledge that can ask intelligent questions and assist us moving forward.

For example we would like something developed that will allow us to track in SugarCRM a want to buy and want to sell list. So we enter in a product which links to a client that is looking to sell or wanting to buy, it needs to be searchable so that we can search by model number and see who is looking to buy/sell that specific product. Is this possible? You need to be able to tell me and also need to be able to develop and install it!

I also require some assistance with customising SugarCRM for example the quote system, adding and changing fields, drop down boxes. Some I have worked out how to do but I just don't have the time.
