Styleguide for fintech platform

We are looking for a skilled UX designer to create a style guide for our fintech platform. We already have a logo and font styles, and now need the following:

- Full colour palette, including a wide range of application colours that suit our logo and brand.
- Styling of some key components such as charts, grids, buttons and forms.
- Apply styles to two pages (our portfolio page and dashboard). Wireframes exist.

We need someone with good experience of UX/UI design who also is innovative and can come up with "next level" design.

We are not looking to engage teams, and ideally the person is based in Europe and has a portfolio of similar projects.

Note: To be considered for this project, you need to provide some relevant examples of your work - not just generic design examples.
