Sport Kit Builder

I am looking for a web design who can create my website page which will include kit building for football kits, rugby kits and cricket kits where the customers can choose the colours from colour tile tab and then they can select from pre designed kits which my brand will offer. When the customer clicks onto a colour the PDF will change to this to show how the garments would look in their chosen colours and also club logos. An example of this would be
