Social Network Community website

I would like to hire an expert to help me install a social community network into my new domain. This community software should be very similar to an already existing concept.

The expert would need to provide me a professional template design with ornamental fish as the theme. I have a group of fish hobbyist and would like them to be in my network. I am perfectly ok if the expert wish to use a ready made software such as JoomSocial or Community Builder whichever you think is best for the project. However, they must have all the features of a current leading social network to be discussed later and be able to connect via facebook and I should own the full rights to the subscription from Joomsocial or community builder. You may add the subscription fees into the development cost.

I personally tried to use the demo version of joomsocial and community builder and I could have done the project myself, however I do not have the full attention to put into this project. I would need the expert to help me look into every details and ensure this community social network website met most of the features of I am looking for.

I would also need the expert to install a forum as well as a virtual mart for me inside this social network website.
